Sam – The Idea-ist

What’s Up! My name is Sam and I’m the Owner and Lead Consultant of Bliss by Sam Weddings and Occasions. I’m also an ideaist. What exactly is an ideaist you might ask? It’s my own way to describe why I never fall asleep right away at night because I’m always thinking, thinking, thinking…….thinking about how to avoid a cookie cutter wedding!

We know for a fact your wedding will have two things – a ceremony and a party. It’s evident that all weddings will have some of the same elements, but it’s how you tailor these to reflect your personal style and personalities that will make your wedding unique.

 So, yes, I’m the one who’s always trying to convince:

• my bride that a brooch bouquet would be super hot  instead of plain old flowers

• my bride’s mom that it’s OK for her daughter to wear these hot! hot! hot! Oscar de la Renta shoes under her wedding gown
• my bride’s dad to invest a little more in that “blinged-out” cake stand

• the reception venue to let me hang my bride’s portrait on the wall instead of placing it on a boring old easel
